1. Local Search Promotion Publishing and Distribution Network
Each office will have its own unique, local URL (i.e. web site address) - Example: http://office.gmacrealestate.com/gmac-real-estate-lake-in-the-hills. In addition, the page's information is distributed to local search engines, Internet Yellow Pages, and Business Data Aggregators (our distribution partners). We reserve the right to add or remove distribution partners at any time.
2. Term of Product & Renewal
The term of this product is a 12-month commitment that auto renews at the end of this term for each office based on their initial "go live date". Each year, each office will automatically be billed $599 per year, per office on the credit card that was initially provided when you purchased the product. The item will be appear on your credit card as: STRATEGIC INTERNET MARKETING.
You can cancel at anytime by simply emailing us at support@gmaclocal.com or calling our support line at: #847-380-2774. We do not provide refunds for clients that have cancelled the product. Once you order the product, we allocate the resources to build, optimize and promote your profile that drives traffic and business to your web site and offices(s). When you cancel the product you are not obligated for the future renewal. At the time of cancellation, you can choose to have your profile(s) taken offline immediately or have the profile(s) remain online until the renewal date at which time the profile will be taken offline and you will not be obligated for the renewal fee.
Should you choose to not renew and/or cancel you own the content but the "service" (i.e. the local page, web site URL, hosting, optimization, distribution to search engines & local directories, and online reporting) will be taken offline.
3. Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that (a) you have read and understood these Terms of Use; (b) these Terms of Use have the same force and effect as a signed agreement; (c) you have the requisite power and authority to agree to, deliver and perform these Terms of Use and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby; and (d) these Terms of Use have been duly authorized, agreed to and delivered by you, constitute your legal, valid and binding obligation, and are enforceable against you in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
